Im always a sucker for cheesy comedies, as long as theyve got a good plot, character development, and good acting. Ive seen all the countless sequels to American Pie, National Lampoon classics, and random B title flicks which turn out to be funny. I usually enjoy a movie which can take the world lightly, and most importantly, make you laugh throughout. Cougar Club was cheesy yes, but it failed miserably at having proper character development and keeping me interested for the entire feature, much less the first 30 minutes. I enjoyed the many sets of breasts shown, but aside from those knockers the movie definitely failed to deliver. As a viewer, I felt like the movie was just dragging on and on.  

If youre looking for an unfunny, non-realistic comedy about horny teens that make a club where you can hook up with a cougar, then this one is for you. A cougar refers to an older woman who is sexually attractive. Normally, I would like that concept, except nothing of importance actually happened, and it felt like one filler scene after another mixed together to make a full-length film. Anybody who gives this movie a good review either has a weird taste or more likely worked on the production crew.

Cougar Club will be released on DVD on January 8th. Ill give the movie a half a star for its inclusion of former WWE wrestler, Chyna. Aside from her appearance, I would recommend to stay away from the film. Check out something else instead like American Pies Beta Camp instead.
